The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, popularly known as WIC, is a nutrition program for pregnant, breastfeeding women and families with children younger than 5.
Detailed Services

WIC helps you buy many of the healthy foods already on your grocery list. The WIC foods in your monthly food package are low in fat, high in fiber, help you get important nutrients, and promote a healthy weight. You will still need to buy some food (or formula) on your own, but we want to help out as much as possible.
