Additional Information
Legal Aid of Northwest Texas holds evening in person Legal Aid intake clinics in Bonham at the Texoma Housing Authority on a quarterly basis. The dates this year are January 26, April 27, July 27 and October 26. time is 6:00pm - 8:00pm or earlier if we are finished. Applicants are encouraged to arrive early in order to get their application started. The legal issues covered are civil legal matters only. No criminal cases, no personal injury or fee generating cases. Applicants must meet federal poverty guidelines to be eligible. They will be screened for this information prior to them being interviewed by an attorney at the clinic the same evening.
